Operations & Contracts Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Employee & Business Contracts:

Draft, review, and manage all employment and third-party business contracts. Ensure contracts are up-to-date, compliant, and stored securely. Act as liaison with legal counsel when needed.

Credit Control:

Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and maintain customer payment schedules. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve payment delays or disputes. Produce reports on cash flow and aged debtors.

Hands-On Operational Support:

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across departments. Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment on key priorities. Assist HR with onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation.

Compliance & Documentation:

Maintain employee files and company records in line with regulatory requirements. Ensure all financial and business processes are documented and audit-ready.

Ideal Background:



Experience in operations, finance, HR support, or office management. Strong understanding of contract law basics, credit control processes, and compliance. Skilled in communication, organization, and working independently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
