Shift Pattern
Core hours are 8am to 6pm - you will be required to cover the hours, working a rotation of 8am to 4pm and 10am to 6pm.
Hybrid role
2 days a week on site Tuesday and Thursday (non-negotiable). Must be prepared to attend site Tuesday to Friday on the first week for training.
Job Summary
Working as part of a high performing, agile, flexible team, to deliver a high-quality service supporting the key functions within Field Engineering & Operations. Dispatching of jobs and working with new workforce management tool, calls to engineer and network technicians
Supporting the business area with financial tracking, financial governance, operational support, and process improvement.
As part of an office-based team you will be working closely with other Field Engineering & Operations support teams, our partners and field teams to provide cost effective and efficient processes.
