About the Role



We are looking for a part time Operations Assistant for our office-based Operations Department.

You will work with an established and experienced team in the fast-moving world of media services supporting high profile clients across a wide variety of sectors.

Summary of Key Responsibilities



Sourcing - Liaising directly with Publishers and distributors.

Scanning - Newspapers/Magazines as per operational deadlines and service level agreements.

Processing of online digital publications.

A good working knowledge of digital audio and video.

Transcription of broadcast content when required.

Distribution of press clippings via Media Review Centre and creation of required media digests.

Compilation of internal reporting documents as required by the Managing Director.

Skills



Strong Attention to detail.

Ability to Multi-task and follow instructions closely.

PC Skills: familiar with Microsoft Office programs.

Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills.

Confident, self-starter with a willingness to learn.

Ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.

Profile of Person



Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and define priorities according to project relevance/importance. Well organised with strong project management skills who can work independently and within a team. Flexible attitude -willing to work outside normal working hours if required.

Working Hours:



Min 20 Hrs a week to include 4-5 hour shifts Mon-Fri and 5 hours on a Sunday must be flexible to cover annual leave ( Shifts between the hours of 6.00am and 3.00pm)

Shifts will include 6.00am starts.


The above hours may change depending on business needs and holiday cover.
