We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

Hospitality Operations Manager

to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our vibrant hotel and pub.

This is a

dynamic, hands-on role

About the Role:

Motivate, coach, and support a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Create and manage effective staff rotas and ensure smooth team operations. Oversee food and drink service, customer care, and event execution. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Proactively address operational challenges and resolve issues promptly. Contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media content and promotional activities. Analyze customer feedback and business data to drive continuous improvement. Monitor financial performance, control costs, and assist with stock and inventory management. Liaise with suppliers and external partners, attending regular team meetings and training sessions.
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in hospitality management, ideally within a pub or restaurant setting. A strong leader with excellent team management, organizational, and time management skills. Passionate about customer service and creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, positive attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Financial awareness and business acumen. Knowledge of Thai food and

proficiency in Thai language

is essential for this role. Qualified Responsible Person (Isle of Man) or willingness to complete required training.
