This role is within our Credit Reference Agency Centre of Excellence. We are passionate about credit data quality. Data accuracy and timely amendments can be life changing for our customers. You will join a supportive team that share the same passions.
You will be performing insolvency data amendments at the credit reference agencies, whilst offering support on other data correction and administrative duties.

Performing amendments at the credit reference agencies to accurately reflect insolvency orders on customer credit files.
Supporting the review of data queries received from the credit reference agencies on behalf of our customers.
Supporting with daily and weekly administrative duties such as, queue statistics, bulk file submissions to the credit reference agencies and more.
Ensuring processes are robust and identifying efficiencies within the process you support.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring.
Experience of working as part of a team and on your own to meet service level agreements.
A passion for data quality.
It would also be nice for you to have.
A basic knowledge of the Credit Reference Agencies, who they are and what they do.
A basic understanding of what an insolvency/bankruptcy order is, and the importance of this data being accurately reported at the credit reference agencies.
Previous experience with administrative duties.
A positive attitude can-do mentality, that works well as part of a team.

We will be conducting all interviews either in person, via MS Teams or video-conference.
This role is currently hybrid location (Milton Keynes 2 days per week/home based 3 days per week)
