This role provides essential support to the Operations Manager and wider team, ensuring smooth daily operations across projects and departments. Responsibilities include administrative support, regulatory compliance documentation, and maintenance of the company website.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager.
Assist the wider construction and office teams with document preparation, data entry, and coordination tasks.
Help manage project schedules, team calendars, meeting logistics, book hotels.
Communicate across departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely follow-ups on outstanding tasks.

Operations & Administration
Handle day-to-day administrative duties including filing, supply ordering, and responding to inquiries.
Maintain organised records for suppliers, clients, contractors, and project files.
Support onboarding of new staff or subcontractors with documentation and induction materials.
Regulatory Compliance
Assist with the preparation and manage paperwork for regulatory bodies (e.g CHAS, NICEIC, site safety certifications, environmental standards).
Track deadlines and renewal dates for licenses and compliance certifications.
Assist in audits and maintain accurate records for health & safety, insurance, and legal compliance.
Website Maintenance
Regularly update the company website with current project information, team bios, news, and contact details.
Liaise with web developers or IT for any technical issues or improvements.
Ensure digital content aligns with branding and is accurate and up to date.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role, ideally in construction or a related industry.
Familiarity with compliance documentation and regulatory requirements in construction is a strong asset.
Comfortable using website tools.
Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; a team player with a can-do attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM, construction or project management software is a bonus.
Desirable
Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
Basic understanding of workplace health & safety documentation.
Experience of supporting multiple team members or departments
