Location: Liverpool - L11 0JADHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an Operations Account Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Develop and leverage constructive relationships within assigned accounts
- Act as key contact for customer on a local level
- Coordinate the resolving of operational issues and push for process improvements
- Develop local strategy and plan for assigned accounts
- Understanding of Supply Chain in the UK/I
- Experience of working in a matrix organisation with complex processes and procedures
- Understanding of Consumer customer requirements and pressures
- A self starter with a positive attitude, who is capable of working on own initiative
