By Joining Citi, you will become part of a global organisation whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress.Team/Role OverviewThe Operational Resilience Senior Analyst role will support the Enterprise Resilience team in ensuring that the Operations and Technology aspects of the overall Operational Resilience programme are delivered, and that ongoing oversight of this area continues.The Operational Resilience Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll doWork within the global Enterprise Resilience function, supporting regulation planning and integration team, helping to input into a global framework and supporting the implementation teams in delivery of the framework.Develop documents to support local jurisdictional operational resilience governance requirements in relation to operational resilience.Follow emerging industry trends and potential disrupters to segments and strategy in relation to operational resilience.Deliver specific ad-hoc analysis and tactical support in preparation for business and management meetings.Grasp key priorities and complex issues quickly for the larger organization and create clear written presentations/communications.Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Hands on approach and able to manage own workload whilst taking direction.Attention to detail and ability to discuss document and confirm process flows.Sufficiently experienced to provide feedback for areas of improvement and realign strategy accordingly.What we\xe2\x80\x99ll need from youRelevant experience in Third Party/third party oversight, risk and relationship management.Report writing skills essential.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Track record as a strong analyst \xe2\x80\x93 recognized as able to deliver work in pressured environments.Experience of technology project management, Data modeling and workflow mapping.Experience working with internal/external audit/regulatory groups is preferred.Advanced project management, data analysis and reporting ability; with a good understanding of supporting technologies (applications, reporting tools, and data presentation).Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/University degree or equivalent experience.What we can offer youWe work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
