Title:

Operational Manager \xe2\x80\x93 charity helping disadvantaged families

Salary Package: \xc2\xa340,508-\xc2\xa344,449 depending on experience

NonStop Care is currently working with a well reputable charity in West Midlands in order to help them recruit for a permanent Operational Manager position. This charity works with disadvantaged families to build a stronger environment and help them get out of poverty.

The role has flexibility with home working and is only for 32.5 hours a week, so that you can have more time for personal life.

Responsibilities:

The post holder will have operational oversight of a services and contracts in the Staffordshire and Black Country area, including budgets, staff management, contract management, etc. They will provide direct leadership and management to local service managers and will report directly to the Deputy Director of Services and Innovation for their region. They will ensure that the charity develops and maintains strong local relationships at operational and strategic level, which support the delivery of high quality services and promote opportunities for future growth in the area.

Requirements:

Demonstrable evidence of setting up and/or managing multiple services providing support for vulnerable people.

You will be expected to travel, so a valid Driving Licence is required.
