Job Title: Operational Excellence Lead

Salary: \xc2\xa358,000 depending on skills and experience
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:
\xc2\xb7 Leading workshops / Practical problem solving events within integrated Combat Systems that will save costs or improve schedule performance
\xc2\xb7 Leading on elements of Operational Excellence initiatives and responsible business behaviours
\xc2\xb7 Supporting, establishing, and maintaining Operational Excellence strategy and objectives
\xc2\xb7 Supporting the Operational Excellence Management team in addressing planned and unplanned tasks
\xc2\xb7 Managing wider stakeholder engagement \xe2\x80\x93 key relationship building
\xc2\xb7 Leading and facilitating training for the wider team
Your skills and experiences:
\xc2\xb7 Working understanding of Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma
\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of Project Management principles
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrable problem-solving skills within teams
\xc2\xb7 Ability to motivate individuals and teams to embrace change and drive improvement
\xc2\xb7 Experience in facilitating training, coaching, and mentoring a team

The Operational Excellence team:
This is an exciting time to support the leads within the wider team and work with our largest external stakeholder, the Ministry of Defence. Within Operational Excellence and The Dreadnought Programme, the largest defence programme in the UK, you will impart information, facilitate training, and provide guidance to the rest of the team.
