Operational Analysis Consultant - \xc2\xa3750 - Inside IR35
12 Months (Initially) - Hybrid (Hampshire)
IO Associates have a long-term opportunity for an SC Cleared Operational Analysis Consultant, you will be required to have ACTIVE SC Clearance. You will start on an initial 12 months (very likely to extend!). It will be hybrid in Hampshire. This role offers hybrid working - 1 day a week onsite in Hampshire but if you can be onsite more, this will be more desirable.
Requirements:
- Experience using a variety of operational analysis tools, methods and techniques inc. qualitative methods (elicit information to decision-conferencing) and quantitative methods (war-gaming, red-teaming, optimisation techniques, parametric modelling and discrete event simulations)
- Background in enterprise architecture and systems engineering
- Can manage and deliver complex programmes.
- Project/Technical leadership and able to form successful teams.
- Experienced writing complex bids that meeting client requirements need.
