Location: Basildon
My client is looking for an experienced Operation Coordinator in the Basildon area.
The client is looking to recruit an experienced Admin from a dealership, garage or service environment. Your duties will be supporting the service departments with administration, reception
The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic and confident personality and have the ability to work well within a team.
Operations Coordinator Job role:
- Ensuring records are maintained, gaps identified, and proactive steps are made to ensure legal compliance.
- Ensuring records are maintained and updated with regards to safety and health
- Assisting with final quality sign off and filing of records
- KPI reporting.
- Maintaining training records and identifying training needs
- Attend daily planning meetings to take minutes and maintain action log.
- Candidates must be computer literate & strong Administration experience
- Automotive, Plant or Agricultural experience is essential for this Service Advisor role.
- Ability to work well under pressure, identify priorities and schedule work appropriately
- Ideally previous warranty experience
- Full product and continuous training
