What success looks like in this role:

Performance Management

Weekly review of performance reports identifying follow-up actions including scorecards, New Joiner Checklists and Bookings

Daily monitoring of the dashboards and work with the SDC to eliminate aging tickets and ensure appropriate ticket allocations as required.

Escalations

From techs, OMC SDM\xe2\x80\x99s, other resolver groups or management

Ensure end-to-end follow up (own the escalation until formerly handed off to the correct team)

Identify \xe2\x80\x98special\xe2\x80\x99 cases needing urgent attention \xe2\x80\x93 due to sensitivity or aging without a suitable action plan or timeline in place.

Resource Management

Support for rota, shifts, bookings, holiday/sickness cover

Assist with recruitment activities.

Project & CSIP Delivery

Project resourcing, communication, and delivery to agreed timescales (non-technical)

Highlight any \xe2\x80\x98potential\xe2\x80\x99 projects to Account Management

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Solid technical experience with some leadership responsibilities ( no people- management)

Active directory/exchange server and operating systems knowledge

A+ certification a plus

Specific manufacturer certification as required, i.e., EMC, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Apple, Unisys. COMPTIA certifications, and NETWORKPLUS and for legacy products, must have current product training.

Knowledge of client specific internal procedures and service delivery requirements.

Advanced degree of knowledge of hardware and software including Unisys/Microsoft/Network operating systems and advanced troubleshooting capabilities on software and hardware problems including DTS, Legacy systems, storage systems and interconnectivity problems

Ability to test and certify mainframes and/or servers with associated peripherals.

Using mechanical capability and an understanding of ESD procedures

Client and/or governmental clearance may be required Microsoft Server Certified Professional Certification and/or CCNA Certification is an added advantage.

Police or criminal background verification may be required.
