About the Program
The
Path Online Research Skills Programme
is a 5-week course (14h in total ) designed to help high school students develop essential academic research skills. Class sizes are intentionally small (3-5 students) to allow for personalized instruction and mentorship.

Research planning and topic selection

Evaluating sources and research credibility

Integrating information and academic writing

Refining and reviewing written work

Independent editing and polishing

Role & Responsibilities
As a Teaching Fellow, you will:
Deliver engaging and structured online sessions based on a provided curriculum.
Provide constructive feedback on students' research writing and presentations.
Help students build confidence in academic inquiry and independent learning.
Collaborate with the GEC team to ensure teaching quality and student progress.
Qualifications
Current phd student, postgraduate student, postdoctoral researcher, or academic with a background in any of the subject areas listed.
Strong academic writing and research skills.
Experience teaching or mentoring high school or undergraduate students is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for education.
Reliable internet connection and familiarity with online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Tencent Meeting).
