Established in 1994, today Yellowmoon is Northern Ireland\xe2\x80\x99s largest facility \xe2\x80\x93 post-producing programmes for many of the UK and Ireland\xe2\x80\x99s leading independent production companies.

Position: Online Edit Assistant
Salary Scale: Real Living Wage (\xc2\xa310.90 per hour)
Hours: 35 hrs per week
Duration:12-month contract (November 2023 \xe2\x80\x93 November 2024)

This is a position for anyone who is interested in the technical aspect of post production.
Reliability and technical knowledge along with an obsessive eye for detail are the key characteristics for this job. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to learn and understand the many facets of post production workflows, colour pipelines and delivery systems. A good knowledge of IT is essential and any prior experience in Davinci Resolve would be an advantage.

This position is a trainee post, jointly funded by Northern Ireland Screen, and is open to anyone with at least 3 months professional experience in the film and television industry. The successful candidate will be placed on a one-year contract (RLW) starting in November 2023 but with a view to fulltime employment. A willingness to learn and self-motivation is crucial.

Essential Criteria:

• Excellent IT and technical skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Have at least 3 months professional experience in the film and television industry

Desirable Criteria:

• Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve
• An Understanding of post production workflows would be an advantage
