We\xe2\x80\x99re looking to recruit Carers who are kind and compassionate and who, by understanding our values and our mission, are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care. To ensure continuity for both Clients and Carers, you will see the same Clients every week, with minimum one hour visits in your local area, enabling you to build a relationship and a routine focused around quality of life in the comfort of the Client\xe2\x80\x99s home. Home Instead is an inclusive employer. We are recruiting for variety of part-time contracts, to find employment that suits around your life.

• Earn a monthly income on 16, 20, 25 hour guaranteed contract. OR.
• Flexible part-time. Work what you can when you can.

• Earn: \xc2\xa3 12.00 \xe2\x80\x93 13.00 Per Hour
• Paid Travel Time: \xc2\xa310.42 per hour & Mileage Assistance: 30p pm
• Double bank holiday pay rates
• Paid training. Achieve your Care certificate with Home Instead
• One to one, companionship and care services to people in their own homes.
• Minimum of one-hour visits locally

Each client comes to Home Instead to support them with their daily routines. Your activities will vary for each client. You will need to be able to deliver all services to both male and female clients. Activities can include:

• Social and companionship services
• Domestic housekeeping
• Medication assistance
• Shopping and accompanying appointments
• Assisting with personal hygiene care
• Assisting with dressing
• Meal preparation, nutrition & hydration
• Keeping accurate records

Qualifications
Stages to employment include:

• Interview and application
• Enhanced DBS (cost \xc2\xa346.40) Home Instead will reimburse you after 3 months service.
• Business cover on car insurance
• Assessment training
• References professional & personal.

You will be trained and expected to deliver all services including:

• Personal hygiene care
• Nutrition and hydration
• Medication administration
• Infection control
• Dementia
• End of Life
• Legislation & policies
• Manual handling & basic life support
• All Carers are assisted to achieve their Care Certificate within 12 weeks of employment.
