Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working with an award-winning Private Surgical Hospital located in Nottingham. Some of the main private treatments offered include hip, knee, prostate, cardiac and cataract surgeries. They 66 en-suite private rooms, five state-of-the-art theatres, an intensive care unit. At present, they are looking for an experienced Staff Nurse to join working on the Oncology department.

The Candidate
Our client is happy to consider nurses from all backgrounds as they can offer full training and support. As a Staff Nurse, you will deliver care that promotes patient health, assess, implement and evaluate to deliver centric patient care. You are responsible for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, creating and keeping excellent clinical records of patient care.

This is a full-time role consisting of 37.5 hours per week with flexible shift pattern covering a mixture of early, lates and nights.

Role Requirements

• Fully qualified RGN
• NMC registered
• Evidence of relevant clinical professional development
• Experience in Oncology, Haematology or Chemotherapy is essential
• Cannulation and Venepuncture experience
• SACT passport or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
