We're looking for an experienced and capable
Onboarding & Talent Coordinator
to join our small but mighty People Hub. Reporting directly to our People Manager and working closely with the rest of the Central Administration Team, you'll be responsible for supporting our People Hub, working closely with hiring managers to assist the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting our Team Members throughout their employment journey with TPF.
Key Duties:
Responsible for resourcing candidates for all Fundraising and Central Administration Office roles, including posting job ads, screening CVs, undertaking candidate screening calls/first stage interviews and coordinating interviews and assessment days.
Utilise social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of our job descriptions and ads and keeping up to date with industry trends.
Responsible for organising onboarding plans for new starters, including logistics, setup and delivery of induction and orientation.
Own all resourcing administration, including new starter, employee lifecycle, absence and leaver paperwork.
Ensuring new starters have the tools they require to set them up for success, by supporting and encouraging them during the whole onboarding process right through their tenure and ensuring they have the right equipment in the right place at the right time.
Responsible for maintaining accurate employee records and files, including on our HR System (SageHR).
Ensuring files are kept within GDPR guidelines, including the accurate disposal of expired personal documentation.
Work closely with Payroll and our Finance Hub to ensure they have accurate and timely pay data, including starters, leavers and absences.
Responsible for undertaking all new starter checks, such as DBS, References and Right to Work.
Play a key role in supporting our company culture, from ensuring birthdays and long service are celebrated, to implementing exciting plans for staff celebrations and events.
Own the organising and processing of Probations, including booking meetings and supporting with note taking. Assist with tracking performance outside of the probationary period.
Supporting hub managers with appraisals.
Process Leavers and conduct Exit Interviews.
Assist and support with all audits and ISO requirements, ensuring HR trackers and files are up to date
Jump in and support the People Manager when needed.
Person Specific:
A people person who enjoys working in a dynamic and lively environment, with a sense of fun and passion about Recruitment and HR! Ready to jump in and work outside the confines of the job description when needed.
Friendly and personable with a good sense of humour and a polite, professional manner.
Previous Recruitment and HR experience within a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and highly organised with a commitment to consistent quality and attention to detail.
An affinity and commitment towards diversity and inclusion.
The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
An excellent and confident communicator with a great customer service approach and solution focused.
Experience of using Sage HR system or another HRIS.
IT literate, tech savvy and embracing the use of technology. Experience of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) would be an advantage.
Comfortable working in a changing and pressured environment.

Permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.
