O&M Business & Customer Manager
The role:
We are searching for a Business & Customer Manager to join our dynamic Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. This role is central to the customer experience as you will be interacting with customers directly, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout their O&M experience. You'll play a key part in making sure our services not only meet expectations but also build strong, lasting relationships with our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Helping deliver efficiency and change in our servicing and maintenance team.
Embedding new systems and ways of working.
Liaising with sales teams to support their sale of servicing packages to our installation customers.
Ensuring servicing customers have a smooth and efficient customer journey.
Supporting with asset management for key accounts as needed.
Full oversight of customer management tools and their usage.
Producing simple quotes from templates.
Potential for line management duties.
Liaising with others across the company as needed.
Who We'd Love to Hire
It's important that you have excellent organisational skills to manage communications, customers and resources. You'll be excellent at customer service and will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to learn quickly, as we're flooded with in-bound enquiries. Attention to detail is vital within SunGift and is often what sets us apart from the competition, as well as good people skills. We're looking for someone with initiative, strong self-motivation and attention to detail. Good IT skills are essential, ideally with experience of MS Office and CRM systems.
