Location: Reading
Salary: 50,000-60,000

(dependant on experience and qualification level)

Your Mission:

Lead and inspire your team, creating a home full of warmth, structure, and safety

Champion therapeutic practice, helping children recover from trauma and build resilience

Ensure excellence, keeping the home fully compliant with Ofsted regulations

Develop and empower your team, providing training, supervision, and unwavering support

Be a role model, creating an environment where children can flourish and feel valued

Drive continuous improvement, pushing for GOOD and OUTSTANDING outcomes

What We Need From You:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)

Proven experience managing an Ofsted-registered children's home with GOOD or OUTSTANDING ratings

Deep knowledge of therapeutic approaches, safeguarding, and children's legislation

A strong leader who is passionate, resilient, and 100% child-focused
