We are currently on the hunt for a passionate and devoted leader to join and manage a Residential Children\xe2\x80\x99s home in the Worthing area. We need someone who is able to work independently and really want a homely feeling for the young people and so being able to implicate the company ethos alongside allowing the young people to be themselves and nurture their growth is of massive importance to us being a family run business! Being specialists in supporting Children in a Therapeutic environment it is really important that both the management and staffing team are able to communicate well with the young people and help them towards opportunities in further education and career paths as they get older and then transition from Children\xe2\x80\x99s Residential care. AS A MUST: - At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in a position relevant to the residential care of children within the last 5 years (Ofsted registered service) - At least 1 year in a role that requires the supervision and management of staff working in a social care position (Deputy or Registered Manager) - NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent (MUST) - NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare - A Full UK Driving Licence - Over the age of 21 If you feel you meet the above criteria and would like more information on the roles available then please do click apply and you will be contacted within 24/48 hours to discuss the opportunity in more detail.
