We are looking for a Home Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our residential care home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential care, with experience in managing staff and ensuring the highest standards of care are met. The Home Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and providing guidance and support to staff. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the home. Ensure that all staff adhere to safety and health regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the home. Maintain accurate records and reports. Provide guidance and support to staff members. Ensure that the home meets all legal requirements. Communicate with families, visitors, and other stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 55,000.00-75,000.00 per year
