Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient office management, and providing exceptional service to clients. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing. Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and organising meetings. Analyse data as required for reporting purposes, contributing to informed decision-making. Provide assistance in upselling services to clients when appropriate. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing records and files.

Skills



Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual or multilingual capabilities (especially in Spanish) are advantageous. Exceptional data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Ability to analyse information effectively and provide insights as needed. Strong phone etiquette, ensuring a positive experience for all callers. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
