Working at the heart of the company, and within the Office Management team, this is a fast-paced role, supporting the smooth running of our offices. We are looking for a confident self-starter, who has a passion to learn, a proven interest in film and TV, with an ability to quickly understand the needs of the teams and individuals.
Working to the Office Manager, the role helps make sure that our offices are properly resourced, and that the needs of people working in the company are met, helping us make Raw a brilliant place to work.
Some Key Duties
Day to day tasks include:
Opening and closing the office
General housekeeping across all office and communal areas
Reception/Front of House Cover
Booking and Preparing meeting rooms, inc. AV set up and hospitality
Handling couriers for productions
Handle daily post and post office runs
Clearing storage areas as and when required
Media management and logging and storage of media as required by productions, along with Vimeo access, file converting, simple backups and other simple technical Requests. (Training provided)
Camera Kit management
Edit Team support
Ad hoc production requests, including some research and admin support
Creation of internal comms as requested
Helping with the organisations of office events and socials
Skills & Experience
:
. Excellent communication skills to ascertain the needs of visitors and Raw staff, and ability to identify solutions to any problems.
Ability to prioritise fast
Ability to balance a fun and friendly work environment with high levels of productivity
Proficient IT skills
Initiative and problem-solving skills
Organizational skills & attention to detail.
A proven interest in the making TV and/or film, with some basic knowledge and experience
