Office & Operations Manager
Calling all Office & Operations Managers looking for a new and exciting role working for a renowned strategic communications consultancy. You will play a key role within the agency and be a central point of contact. Because of the nature of the role, they\'re looking for candidates who are happy to be in the office all week.
You\'ll be working closely with Partners, Finance, the Head of People, the building management and external suppliers and provide operational, logistical and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the London office. You\'ll excel at building strong relationships with internal colleagues, clients and external parties.
The role works in partnership with the Front of House and Team Assistants. You will oversee meeting room set-up requirements for internal and external events. You will pick up ad-hoc admin work as required for the Managing Partner. On the operational side you\'ll arrange monthly Executive Committee meetings and quarterly Partner. You will be responsible for all aspects of supplier contracts, be the key contact for the landlord and property agent and will have a good understanding of the needs to support the building. Your responsibilities will include ensuring processes and systems are in place so that the company are compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Our client is looking for someone who is flexible, agile, hands-on and happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved. Attention to detail is absolutely key. You\'ll be the eyes and ears of the office.
