Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient administrative processes, managing office staff, and providing support to various departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Duties
Supervise and manage office staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Oversee clerical and administrative tasks, ensuring that all office operations run smoothly.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, including financial records using QuickBooks.
Implement and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
Assist in the development of office budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
Skills
Proven experience in team management and supervising staff effectively.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
Proficient in clerical and administrative duties with attention to detail.
Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial management is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
