We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and detail-oriented Office Manager/ Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative and communication skills. Although full training will be given, previous experience in the property industry is

. Must have own transport.
Working days will be 9am to 5pm Tuesday to Friday, and 9am to 4pm every alternate Saturday, with the opportunity for extra hours covering holidays etc.
Duties
- Preparation of sales particulars and literature - visiting clients' homes to take photographs, measure up and take notes. Selecting and editing the best photographs for the listing. Producing an accurate floor plan using Serif PagePlus. Producing an accurate and appealing property listing.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating and accompanying viewings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, surveyors and solicitors, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed
- Collaborate with solicitors, other estate agents and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
- Carry out regular sales progression and keep all clients updated through out the sales process.
-Invoicing
-Credit control
-Collating invoices and payments on a quarterly basis to send to book keeper.
-Ordering stationary and office supplies
There is also an opportunity within the role for those who are interested in taking on more valuation based tasks.
