We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our small & friendly team, to oversee the daily operations of our office at Quest Brothers Classic Cars . The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong background in administrative tasks and human resources. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting both staff and management in achieving organisational goals.
Duties
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
Maintain accurate records and documentation using QuickBooks for financial tracking.
Implement organisational systems to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
Handle phone etiquette with professionalism, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
.Clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
Communicate effectively with all levels of staff to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an office management role or similar administrative position.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is essential .
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the office environment.
