Our client a leader within their field are actively an experience Office Manager to work closely with the bespoke Interior Design market.
This is an exciting role that is key role within the company. The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated individual who can work autonomously, whilst being part of the Sales team and assist the Sales Office Manager and the General Manager.
Skills:
Proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Able to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Be able to perform well under pressure and manage a number of tasks at the same time
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt and prioritise daily workload
Be able to identify and proactively solve problems
Duties and responsibilities include
Administrative support for the sales office, and working with and alongside the Sales Office Manager, whilst maintaining the link between Sales and Production.
Daily audit of sales invoices
Investigating reasons for remakes and associated costs
Checking all purchase invoices
Update costs and housekeeping of the purchase order system
Produce and circulate delivery notes for projects
Maintain the delivery tracker for the above projects
Administration of new pattern book / promotional material
HR \xe2\x80\x93 Keeping personnel files complete and up to date, providing contracts and paperwork for new starters
Advertise job vacancies and arrange/diarise interviews with head of departments
Management and admin of staff holidays
Book hotels as and when required.
Organise van maintenance and insurance for delivery vehicles
Schedule meetings as required
Administration of exhibitions
