Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a leading organisation based within the St Albans area. This company are a leader in their field, they have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join their dynamic, growing business. This position would suit someone who has previously worked within a similar type of position, someone who is happy to be office based, and enjoys working within a fast paced environment. This position will be providing support to the Executive Assistant, so the successful candidate will be proactive, with good communication skills on all levels, and able to juggle a varied workload.

Salary - \xc2\xa330-\xc2\xa335k plus fantastic benefits

Some of the duties will include:

  • Implement and maintain office related procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain the highest standard of office maintenance by liaising with the landlord, contractors and cleaners
  • Liaise with the H&S team to ensure adherence to office health and safety and fire regulations
  • Conduct new starter induction tours, ensuring required documents are signed and returned to HR
  • Greet visitors into the office
  • Set up meeting rooms and ordering lunches
  • Monitor stationary and kitchen provisions
  • Manage office car parking spaces, permits and door entry fobs for new starters
  • Providing support to the EA including diary management, organising travel, and more
  • Processing expenses for the Senior Team
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring where necessary
  • Handling ,meeting room bookings, ensuring the rooms are clear and restocked

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Local to St Albans
  • Happy to office based
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to develop good working relationships
