We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure the smooth running of daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills and have experience in administrative tasks, human resources, and team management. This role is pivotal in maintaining a productive work environment and supporting our staff in achieving their goals.

Duties



Supervise daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Manage administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence. Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Utilise QuickBooks for financial management, including invoicing and expense tracking. Maintain an organised office environment by implementing effective filing systems and procedures. Provide clerical support as needed, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, suppliers, and team members. Foster a collaborative team atmosphere through effective communication and support for team members.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an office management or supervisory role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette. Experience in human resources functions is advantageous. Ability to lead a team effectively while promoting a positive work culture. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
