Responsibilities

Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation using QuickBooks for financial management.
Coordinate office supplies and equipment procurement, ensuring availability for all staff members.
Implement organisational systems to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
Handle phone etiquette with professionalism, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
Communicate effectively with team members, fostering collaboration and a positive workplace culture.
Skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in clerical duties, including data entry and document management.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in supervising teams and managing human resources functions.
