Working mostly remotely, but with the requirement to attend in our office in Holborn when needed, you will be the go-to-person and the 'glue' for the team based in the UK.If you are an organised and motivated individual who is happy doing everything from preparing payroll to organising the delivery of service user resources to our partners, this could be the role for you!Key ResponsibilitiesHRAssist with a variety of HR tasks, including onboarding to offboarding, managing maternity leave, assisting in recruitment, pre-employment checks and moreMaintaining HR system data and administration, including benefitsFinanceIn partnership with our outsourced Finance provider, you will assist with:Monthly bookkeeping, including preparation of monthly financial statementsUpdate financial spreadsheets with daily transactionsPrepare balance sheetsTrack and reconcile bank statementsCreate cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)Process tax paymentsSupport monthly payroll and pensions, and keep organised recordsRecord accounts payable and accounts receivableProcess invoices and follow up with coaches, clients, suppliers and partners as neededProvide administrative support during budget preparationParticipate in quarterly and annual auditsHMRC contact and liaisonAdministration & FacilitiesEmbedding in the day-to-day business to become the first point of contactProviding executive assistance to our leadership team, which includes board meeting preparations, investor updates and diary management.Assist in preparing presentations and briefing packs for key meetings (e.g. investor meetings, monthly company meetings, etc.)Assisting team members with ad-hoc tasksSupport the planning of events, conferences, parties and socialsBooking and organising business travelOverseeing facilities, IT services and office management including ordering office supplies and equipmentAssist in developing & implementing process frameworks for the onboarding and offboarding of employeesLiaising with our co-working space provider, WeWork, booking rooms, ordering lunches for Town Halls and other meetingsSkills & experienceProven experience with bookkeeping and accountingGood knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping proceduresPrevious operational HR experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, and G Suite software and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
