Our client is looking for an Office Manager to join their team in London. You will be the newest addition to an ever-growing London-based architectural firm. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role in professional services and enjoy taking on a wider variety of tasks and projects outside the typical day-to-day PA remit. This is a dual-aspect role wherein you will support a Senior Partner and manage the office. You will need to be a proactive problem solver who likes to be busy and is naturally organised.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This is a varied role where you will be able to be hands-on with Office Management tasks as well as supporting a Senior Partner with light touch PA duties

Duties will include:

  • Diary management
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Carry out front-of-house duties, ensuring all guests are greeted appropriately
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external service providers and vendors
  • Facilities management
  • Ensure Health and Safety practices are up to date and adhered to
  • Manage office stock and supplies
WHO YOU ARE

To be successful you will ideally have at least 2 years of experience within Office Management role, ideally with exposure to Office Management duties. You will love a challenge, have a service-orientated outlook to work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience supporting within a PA or Team Assistant capacity
  • Exposure to managing an office or involved with facilities management within a role
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Eager to be the hands-on go-to person in the office
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships with management, clients, and colleagues
  • Have the ability to manage up to senior stakeholders
  • Flexible and professional
