Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires proficiency in various software applications, including QuickBooks and Xcel, as well as excellent phone etiquette and data entry capabilities.

Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment. Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking, reconciling, vat returns and dealing with overdue accounts Handle incoming calls professionally, providing excellent customer service and assistance. Perform data entry tasks with precision to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate. Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, for easy access to documents. Assist with clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Support administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth office functioning. Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency. Dealing with HR issues (guidance given)

Qualifications



Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred. Proficient in QuickBooks and Google Suite applications. Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills. High level of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Familiarity with general clerical duties and office procedures. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.20-14.50 per hour
