Newsstand is the U.K.s largest online magazine retailer, whilst also a fulfilment house for over 250 independent magazine publishers. Based in our warehouses and offices in Whitstable, we dispatch thousands of shipments every single day to all corners of the world. The Role: Heading up the team of wonderful individuals who manage customer relations for both our retail customers and publishing clients. The role will focus on people management and overseeing processes to ensure we deliver the best service for our customers and clients. Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Managing the team and supporting their growth and development.
• Reviewing admin processes and ensuring we are efficient and accurate.
• Supporting the team with complex queries and issues.
• Dealing with the requests of important and new clients.
• Completely monthly reporting on department performance.
• Help us to continue to deliver a 1st class customer service experience.
• Managing relationships with the warehouse and other key stakeholders in the business.
• Supporting the MD in building relationships with suppliers, especially postal partners.
