We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have a knack for team management. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting both staff and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Utilise QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting.
Utilise Sage Payroll to process weekly and monthly payroll
Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners to foster positive relationships.
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
Skills
Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
Proven experience in supervising teams and managing personnel.
Proficiency in clerical tasks with a focus on accuracy.
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Sage Payroll & Zoho is advantageous but not a necessity.
Solid understanding of human resources processes.
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
