We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager & Marketing Coordinator to support the team and strengthen the agency's brand presence.Role Overview:In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office while also leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and creativity to ensure both operational efficiency and successful brand promotion.Key Responsibilities:Office Management:

  • Oversee the smooth running of daily office operations, ensuring everything is well-organised and efficient.
  • Manage office supplies, IT systems, and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain and update client databases and filing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Marketing Coordination:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the agency's properties and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow the agency's online presence.
  • Keep the website updated with fresh, visually appealing content.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures and newsletters.
  • Organise and manage client events, open houses, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with external PR and marketing agencies when necessary.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or marketing within the property sector or a similar luxury service industry.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Skilled in managing social media channels and running digital marketing campaigns.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
What's on Offer:
  • Salary: xc2xa335k-xc2xa340k (dependent on experience)
  • Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Holidays: 26 days + closure between Christmas and New Year (in addition to holiday allowance)
