Role Responsibilities:



As an Office Junior, you'll support the smooth running of the practice through a variety of tasks, including:

Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry and managing correspondence. You will be trained on legal aid accounts also. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and provide excellent customer service. Utilize Microsoft Office for document preparation. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
