Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong clerical skills, including accurate data entry and filing abilities
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
