The Role
Daimler Buses is seeking a proactive, highly organised Office and Facilities Manager to become a vital part of their team. In this pivotal role, you'll wear many hats--acting as a Personal Assistant to the CEO, providing invaluable administrative and coordination support to the Board of Management on cross-functional business and administrative topics, and ensuring seamless office operations.
Beyond keeping their workplace running smoothly, you'll also play a key role in:
Coordinating and managing contractual topics between Daimler Buses UK, Daimler Truck UK's legal team and external law firms
Managing our building facilities, including liaising with contractors and supporting complex building projects
Perform and document audits (training will be provided)
Raise purchase requisitions within the area of responsibility
About You
Administration experience in supporting a Senior Leadership Team
Attention to detail and experience of working on complex topics
High level of skill and knowledge in the use of MS Office applications
Flexible & adaptable attitude to work content, working hours, work environment and working methods
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to solve problems
Resilience, discretion, confidentiality and trustworthiness.
