Job Description


The Office Coordinator will play a vital part of the office, being responsible for various Front of House duties, and handle any general administrative duties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries over the phone and email
  • Checking and processing all the invoices
  • Verifying the safety compliance certification
  • Completing tasks within required timeframe
  • Supporting the Property Management team.
Key Requirements:
  • Key attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to successfully time-manage
  • Experience in administration within a similar role is desirable
