Job Description


We are recruiting for an Office Assistant to join our busy and growing Mortgage Enforcement team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team supporting with the administration of the Mortgage Repossession process.

Your Role

As an office Assistant you will be responsible for the following;

  • Filing at Regular intervals
  • To distribute post and action workflow requirements in our case management
  • To support the case handler with administrative tasks and action work as delegated by the team supervisor
  • Provide telephone support and deal with client enquiries in the case handlers absence
  • Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards, input data and prepare initial letters and documents
  • File Closing
