Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Manage and organize office supplies and inventory
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records
Handle special projects as needed, supporting various teams within the company
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
What We're Looking For
:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Prior office experience is a plus, but not required
