Kent PHK Scotland Ltd is a dynamic company providing Electrical and Mechanical Engineering services to the national rail industry, providing services to Network Rail and many other Rail contractors.

An opportunity has arisen to join the small administration team at Kent PHK Scotland Ltd, who are seeking an Office Administrator. The successful candidate will have strong administration experience with a high degree of competence in Microsoft Office software. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential. The post requires a high level of attention to detail and personal responsibility.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:-

Ongoing maintenance and upkeep of records into the Project Management systems. Issuing documents and drawings to Kent PHK staff, clients & 3rd parties in the required formats and quantities. Producing purchase orders using Sage software. Ensure clear, concise and accurate written and verbal communication at all times. Maintaining records of all communications. Support Engineering Teams with General Administration duties Use Adobe Professional for electronic documents that require formatting. Use Microsoft Outlook for email management and public calendar administration. Ensure documents are properly archived so they can be easily accessed. Assist with the Groups internal and external audit schedule, including involvement in audits by external registration companies, Clients and Principal Contractors. Assist with Reception duties as required.

Essential experience/ skills:-



Excellent knowledge of relevant software - Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe professional and Sage. Must be detail conscious and task orientated. Must have a high degree of accuracy. Must be self-motivated and process driven. Ability to manage time efficiently and work to strict deadlines
This permanent, full time position offers excellent rates of pay, 26,000 per annum.
