To provide administrative and clerical support to the golf club, handling a variety of tasks including financial tasks and general office duties. The role may also involve interacting with members, visitors, and other staff, requiring good communication and organizational skills. Working closely with the General Manager and the Clubs external Accountant in maintaining accurate finacial records, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of working with Xero Accounting system.
Processing and reconciliation of daily banking
Process supplier invoices and payments
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Management of petty cash system
Supplier payment runs and allocation of bank payments
Order and manage office supplies
Dealing with supplier invoice queries
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour
