Responsibilities:
- Perform various clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
- Assist with data entry and data management tasks
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed Other Duties include:
- Website maintenance and daily updating social media pages, advertising vehicles for sale
- Assisting the accounts department, so general knowledge on Sales & Purchase Ledger will be essential Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software, including Google Suite and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
