Office Administrator Required



(10 month Maternity Cover, with possibility of permanent contract thereafter)



We're looking for an organised, reliable individual to join our small office team on a 10month maternity cover contract (with the possibility of a permanent contract thereafter) Office based in Wellington, Somerset.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities



Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Communicate with customers over the phone Organise and manage vehicle schedules, including MOTs and inspections Type up enquiries and quotations Prepare invoices Assist the Office Manager and Scaffolding Manager with various administrative tasks

Requirements



Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively A team player who can also take initiative when needed Confidence speaking on the phone to customers / contractors
Experience in the scaffolding, construction, or mechanical industry is beneficial but not required

Start Date: ASAP / Immediate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.50-15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
