Summary



We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at Complete Care West Yorkshire Limited. As our Admin Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our care operations. You'll be the central point of contact for staff, clients, and professionals--helping to keep everything organised, compliant, and running with care at the heart of it all.

Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks. Handle data entry and maintain accurate records for clients and staff. Provide excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients and staff. Organise schedules, appointments, and meetings as required. Marketing the company and services we offer Support the team in clerical duties to ensure efficient workflow. Support with HR admin tasks such as recruitment and retention Auditing information to ensure compliance with CQC

Requirements



Must live locally and have a good knowledge of the Wakefield area Positive can do attitude with the the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Solutions driven person Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role. Strong organisational skills, time management as well as attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidence and experience of using computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases Confidence using social media
