We have an exciting opportunity here at Waddle Insurance to join our Administration team in a fast paced and dynamic insurance company. You will be working with our administration team who handle our after sales and customer care. This is a key role within our business within the company during a period of growth, allowing you access to new and invigorating projects.

Key responsibilities for an Office Administrator:



Secretarial / call filtering / customer service. Using our inhouse CRM system for client management. Organising incoming and outgoing mail. Appointment booking and diary management. Creating client welcome packs, posting documents and talking clients through documents once received, to help them complete any documents to return. General day-to-day office duties; managing electronic and hard-copy paper filing systems. Respond to incoming and outgoing emails/ texts/ phone calls from clients and within the team. Working closely with the team to complete tasks. Additionally, liaising closely with the sales teams, clients and providers to ensure that high standards of communication and organisation are always maintained. Call compliance checks on claims and sales calls. Establish contact between client and insurer to start claim notification. Supporting clients completing claims forms or other required documentation and liaising between client, insurer, GP surgery, specialist to ensure timely return of reports. Manage expectations, answer queries or concerns, offer caring & unbiased support. Demonstrate empathy and handle sensitive topics & vulnerable customers.
